Local contact drafts
The drafting tool processes entered text in the current page to create a message. It does not use an API, send a form submission, write your draft to local storage or create a site cookie. It is not an inbox. Copying uses your browser’s Clipboard API if available; downloading creates a plain-text file on your device.
A downloaded file and clipboard contents remain under your control. Your browser may restore form values or maintain autocomplete history independently. Closing the page or choosing “Clear” is not a guarantee that your browser, device backup or clipboard manager has removed its own copies.
Email correspondence
If you send an email, the recipient receives the address, message content and any information you include, along with normal email metadata. Email services also process that correspondence under their own arrangements. Use email only for information necessary to your guide request, correction or privacy question.
Correspondence may be kept as needed to handle the request, maintain a correction record, address disputes or meet legal obligations. This notice does not promise a fixed retention period. Information should not be used for unrelated marketing without an appropriate basis. No sale of personal information or targeted-advertising mechanism is implemented in the supplied site code.

Reference links open external programme pages or newsrooms. Those sites have their own privacy and cookie practices. The supplied code does not automatically load their content into these pages. A mail link opens your email application rather than sending a message by itself.

You can browse without entering a draft, decline to copy or download text and contact us without including unnecessary personal details.
